Duties: Telephone contact and correspondence with a wide range of commercial and domestic debtors to arrange for payment to be made. To work 16-39 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and/or Saturday mornings.  Previous experience is not essential.  Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.  Excellent telephone manner is essential.  Administration tasks as required.
