Field Collections  The
Company is almost unique in the fact that it has a fully employed
field collections and bailiff team covering the whole of mainland
UK. All call centre, administration and collections activity is carried
out at the company’s head office in South Yorkshire, with tracing
activity conducted at the investigative centre in Derbyshire. The fact that all instructions are carried out by full time employees of Grosvenor ensures high standards and consistency of service. Grosvenor collects various types of debts for many household names and is able to handle very high volumes of accounts. |
