Training
The aim of Grosvenor Security is to ensure that all personnel are fully SIA trained, enabling them to confidently deal with any incident.
All Security Officers must pass a stringent examination before they are allowed to undertake any assignment.
Basic training covers subjects such as customer service, health and safety, legislation, amongst
other subjects.
Through many years of experience of supplying security services to the retail sector, Grosvenor Security prides itself on the highest levels of customer service. This, when coupled with Grosvenor's extensive training program, ensures that all Grosvenor Security's clients receive "Security With A Difference".
All training is carried out by Grosvenor Security’s in house trainers, ensuring that a consistent level of performance is achieved. A policy of continuous improvement ensures that Grosvenor Security identifies training requirements throughout the career of all Security Officers employed. Training courses covering many subjects are used to update and develop personnel in order to achieve their maximum potential.
