Grosvenor’s management team includes former Heads of Security for major blue chip organisations, together with Senior Police Officers and Military personnel from specialist departments

All Security Officers employed by Grosvenor Security are the result of an extremely rigorous recruitment, vetting, training and development programme. These procedures exceed the levels set by the British Standards Institute and the security industry's recognised regulating bodies such as the BSIA and SITO.
